Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Vibe Poker account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page describes what gets deleted, how to submit a request, and what to expect.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

The fastest way is to delete from inside the app:

1. Open Vibe Poker and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm the request. Your account is queued for deletion.

Option 2 — Submit a request from this page

If you no longer have access to the app, fill in the form below. Submit from the same email address that is registered on your account so we can verify the request.

What gets deleted

• Your email, password hash, display name, date of birth, and avatar.
• Your gameplay history — matches, hands, chip balance, level, XP, dungeon unlocks.
• Support correspondence linked to your account.
• Diagnostic and crash logs that include your user identifier.

What we may keep

We are required to retain a small amount of information to comply with the law, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Where retained, this data is minimised, isolated from active systems, and limited to what the law requires:

• Purchase and tax records — for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law (typically 7 years).
• Records relating to fraud, abuse, or security incidents — only for as long as necessary to investigate or to enforce our Terms.
• Aggregated, non-personal analytics that cannot be linked back to you.

Timeframe

We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days unless we need more time for verification or to comply with law. We will email you when your request is complete.
