This Privacy Policy explains how Vibe Poker (the “app”), operated by Triple A Game Studio (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Vibe Poker mobile application or visit vibe-poker.com.

Vibe Poker is a play-money Spin & Go Texas Hold’em game for adults aged 18 and over. We do not offer real-money gambling and we do not allow chip cash-out, transfer, or resale.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Triple A Game Studio. You can reach us at hello@goatgame.pro for any privacy question, data-rights request, or concern.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the game and your account.

  • Account data — email address, password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plaintext), display name, date of birth (used to confirm you are 18 or older), avatar selection, and a stable internal user identifier.
  • Gameplay data — matches played, hands, chip balances, level and XP, dungeon unlocks, achievements, results history, and other in-game progression state.
  • Purchase data — receipts and product identifiers for in-app purchases. Apple and Google process the actual payment; we do not see or store your card or bank details.
  • Device and connection data — device model, operating-system version, app version, language, time zone, and IP address. IP is used for security, abuse prevention, and to determine which country you are connecting from for legal availability.
  • Diagnostics — crash logs and basic performance metrics, used to fix bugs and keep the game stable.
  • Support correspondence — when you email us, we keep the message and our reply.

We do not collect: precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, browsing history, health data, financial-account data, or biometric identifiers.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and maintain your account and let you sign in.
  • To match you with two other real players and run matches.
  • To deliver in-app purchases and apply them to your account.
  • To detect fraud, cheating, multiple accounts, and other abuse.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and the 18+ age requirement.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not use your data for behavioural advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

Where applicable data-protection law (GDPR, UK GDPR, UAE PDPL, or similar) requires us to identify a legal basis, we rely on:

  • Contract — to operate your account, run matches, and deliver purchases.
  • Legitimate interest — to prevent fraud, secure the service, and improve stability.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with tax, age-verification, and regulatory requirements.
  • Consent — where consent is required by law (for example, optional analytics on the website).

5. Who we share with

We share your information only with the parties needed to operate the service, and only the data they need:

  • Apple and Google — to process in-app purchases and deliver app updates.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, database, real-time servers, and content delivery.
  • Crash and performance tooling — when used, only diagnostic data is shared.
  • Email and support tooling — to handle your messages.
  • Authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

6. International transfers

Vibe Poker is offered globally where legally available. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Where data leaves your country, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms — for example, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, the UK’s international data transfer addendum, or equivalent safeguards under UAE PDPL.

7. How long we keep it

  • Account data — kept while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion, after which it is permanently removed or anonymised.
  • Purchase records — kept for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law (typically 7 years).
  • Crash and diagnostic data — typically up to 90 days.
  • Support correspondence — typically up to 24 months.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have your data deleted (see /delete-account).
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@goatgame.pro from the email address registered on your account, or use the deletion form at vibe-poker.com/delete-account. We respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Vibe Poker is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete the account and any related data. The age gate is enforced at registration and the app is not available in features designed for children.

10. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: TLS 1.2+ for all traffic, hashed-and-salted passwords (bcrypt or stronger), least-privilege access controls, and audit logging of sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant regulator within the timeframes the law requires.

11. Website cookies and analytics

On vibe-poker.com we use a small set of strictly necessary cookies and, only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic in aggregate. GA4 collects pages viewed, time on page, traffic source, device and browser type, language, and approximate location at the country / region level. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage and are not retained. We do not link this data to any identifiable user, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising or cross-site profiling. The mobile app does not use any third-party advertising SDKs.

On your first visit a banner asks you to Accept or Decline analytics cookies. We honour your choice immediately and remember it locally — analytics scripts are not loaded until you accept. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we auto-decline without showing the banner.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings — you’ll see the banner again on your next visit. Independently, you can also install the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or block thegoogletagmanager.comdomain. Opting out does not affect any other functionality of this site.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change or when the law requires it. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
