Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Triple A Game Studio (“we”, “us”) for use of the Vibe Poker mobile application and the vibe-poker.com website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is offered only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in their country of residence. Vibe Poker contains simulated gambling and is not available to anyone under 18. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Some countries restrict or prohibit poker-style apps, even play-money. You are responsible for compliance with your local law. We may block access from any country at our discretion.

2. Your account

• You must register with a valid email and a password and provide a display name.
• You are responsible for the security of your password and for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts and account sharing are not allowed.
• Only one active session is permitted per account at a time. Logging in on a new device ends the prior session.
• You must keep your account information accurate.

3. Play-money — no real money, no cash-out

Vibe Poker is a play-money game. Gold chips have no real-world value. They cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, exchanged for money or any other thing of value, transferred between accounts, gifted, traded, sold, resold, or used outside the Service. Any attempt to do so is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination.

4. In-app purchases

• You may buy optional Gold chip packs and cosmetic items through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Apple and Google process the payment, set the price (including taxes), and handle refunds under their own policies.
• Purchased Gold and cosmetic items are licensed for use within Vibe Poker only.
• Purchased Gold may be consumed in matches; once consumed it cannot be refunded by us. You may still seek a platform refund from Apple or Google where their policy allows it.
• Where mandatory consumer-protection law (for example in the EU and UK) gives you a right of withdrawal, that right applies and is not removed by these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, solvers, or any form of automated assistance.
• Collude with other players, soft-play, chip-dump, or otherwise corrupt the integrity of a match.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behaviour. If you find one, tell us at hello@goatgame.pro.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or our servers.
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts, chips, or in-game items outside the Service.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or our staff.
• Impersonate another person or use a display name designed to deceive or offend.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or evading sanctions.

6. Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual-property rights.

7. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from inside the app, or by submitting a request at vibe-poker.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the integrity of the Service. On termination your licence to use the Service ends and any unused Gold or cosmetic items are forfeited (consistent with their no-real-world-value status under §3).

8. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may update these Terms when our product, business, or the law changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Outcome of any specific match or hand is not guaranteed beyond the gameplay rules described in the app.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or expected savings. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that arises from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the operator’s place of establishment, except where mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise (for example, EU and UK consumer rights). The applicable law and forum will be confirmed once Triple A Game Studio’s legal entity is finalised; in the meantime, disputes will be handled in good faith between you and us, and you keep all mandatory rights to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

13. Apple and Google terms

If you download Vibe Poker from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those stores’ terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms, but the Apple App Store EULA standard terms apply as an additional layer to the iOS version of the app.

14. General provisions

Severability. If any clause of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force and the unenforceable clause is replaced by the closest enforceable equivalent.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms in one instance, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. We may assign or transfer these Terms (including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets); you may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and replace any prior agreements on the same subject.

Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including §3 (Play-money), §6 (Licence), §9 (Disclaimers), §10 (Limitation of liability), §11 (Indemnity), §12 (Governing law), and this §14 — continue to apply after your account ends.
